MOSCOW, Dec 1 (PRIME) -- The E.U. countries have preliminary agreed on setting a price cap for Russian oil at U.S. $60 per barrel and are waiting for Poland, which previously asked for a lower level, to agree till 6.00 p.m. Moscow time, Reuters reported on Thursday citing a European diplomat.
The countries are also studying the possibility of revising the oil price cap in the future provided that the level is at least 5% below the market prices.
